2K17 Resolutions

Hey, everyone is talking about writing a list of new year resolutions so i tot why not i do it too? Im hitting a quarter of century in 3 weeks time and I still have no idea what i want in life =(

start a family perhaps? haha #JUSTKIDDING let me save lotsa money first okay, no money no talk.

Before i start the resolution, let's do a recap on 2016.

Welcoming 2016 at Taipei 101 with the KAQs. One of the most memorable count down, standing in the same spot for 5 hours just for the fireworks. Luckily it was cooling okay, if not we would have given up in the first 30mins.

First horse riding experience, thou its just a 30 secs ride. hahah still counted la.

Attended my boss wedding at a church! Its my first experience, i didnt know what to expect and i tot we have to dress formally(?) so i even wore my killer heels (and regretted it man....)

I must say the choir was impressive! As i tot it was played through some music player until kenneth asked me about the choir. i was like what!!!

Okay, also my first time attending wedding dinner in St Regis. The food was tooooooo good.

Went on our first sisters oversea trip to BKK after my bday. & our first time experiencing cooling weather in BKK. Cant wait for the next trip tgt.

I went short again! still loving it now. But im letting it grow again, okay very contradicting but i tot if im looking to have my wedding in a few years time i better start keeping long hair. HAHAHA (okay its not one sided okay, we do talk about wedding and building a home together, just not so soon cus we are still struggling financially)

Pardon my naked face, yes this is how bad my complexion was in mid 2016. I was so depressed.

I suffered a very bad breakout as you can see! Picture taken in May. I tried a few facial packages, took anti biotics, tried benzyl peroxide.. it all didnt work until i finally decided to go NSC for Accutane treatment.

Okay, i walked in NSC the first time and the doc gave me anti biotic. which cost me a fucking bomb okay and what's worst is, it didnt work. Zzz

Then decided to get referral from Polyclinic.

Picture taken in Nov, it got so much better after the accutane treatment. but still suffering from scarring and bumps around my jawline. 

During accutane period, i suffered a very bad lip & nose dryness. I cant live without lip balms from the day i started accutane. The nose dryness was really really painful, and it hit me few days before my Taiwan trip with my family. What's worst was the dry weather in Taiwan, my nose just kept bleeding T.T so painful. Luckily, Jw sister has experience this and intro me to put petroleum gel to moist the wound. 

This was the most depressing thing that happen in 2016, everyone was shock to see my complexion like that. Cus i dont have this problem during my teens year, at most 1 - 2 pimples? Zzz... The most irritating things is the relative would kinda blame my mum for my bad complexion, like why?! its my face, not my mum's fault. -.-

Oh ya ya, the only thing i miss doing during the bad complexion period was taking a nice selfie!!!!!!!!!!!! i keep telling edwind that i wanna take tons of selfie once my complexion gets better. hahahah okay bye. 

Attended my direct cousin wedding this year and i cannot take my eyes off my nephew!!!!!!! oh ya ya, my cousins added 1 new nephew and 2 new nieces to the OH family this year! cant wait to meet them during CNY soon, but they seriously need to stop growing up so fast T.T Anw can you see his round eyes and tiny mouth?! Super cute la!

like 2 months no see he can stand already. omg!

Another highlight of the year was going Cambodia with my company to do Charity work.

It was my first time and i almost cried T.T

Finally a family oversea trip again this year. This time with my mum second sister family too. It was a great experience, we took the train & public transport thru out the trip. 

I love it, we were literally living in the nature with lotsa fresh air and perfect cooling weather.

How i wish we can do this every month hahahah

Another highlight event was ZOUKOUT! We cannot stop emphasising that this will be our first and last experience, but we kept saying how much we miss it. (are girls so contradicting?) 

Welcoming baby Shirley to our clique! She is so adorable, that i feel like I'm all ready for a baby whenever i see her. But freak out the moment she cries, im like omg what does she wants. Please sign me up for baby courses if i ever get pregnant in the future LOL. 

AND OF CUS MY BEST FRIEND GOT PROPOSED UNDER THE MOST ROMANTIC SETUP. Im still slowly accepting this news! 

Ending 2016 with my girls on the 30th, staycay at M Social. They were the ones who added colors to my life. My daily listener whenever i have gossip to share HAHAHA. 

Biding goodbye 2016 and welcoming 2017 with my KAQs (s for litte Shirley) We were so excited when they arrived with baby HAHAH not that we wont if baby didnt come la. I still dont dare to carry her, will wait till the neck gets firmer ba. 

That basically sum up my 2016, other than my complexion going crazy. The rest were all happy occasions. Mostly grateful that we managed to go on the family trip and super thankful that my parents can still cycle for hours :) Please continue to bless them with good health 

Okayyyyyyyyyyy, just get to know that Ed still reads this space randomly LOL. i was pleasantly surprised. Becus he's always playing his stupid phone game when im with him Zzz

Let's get the 2017 resolution started. Not going into details, just a rough one la, havent start but feeling lazy already HAHAH fml.

1. SAVE MONEY / SPENT LESSER ON NONSENSE - i have to group more stuff under nonsense like clothes, taobao (yes this is very dangerous),etc... oh yes and less expensive meals. 

2. Quit sweet/sugared drinks - i have been on track and only touch it during house visiting

3. Exercise at least once a week - starting second week of Jan HAHAH

4. Move out of my comfort zone 

5. Open a join account with ed (to build funds for our 2017 big trip, which is in plan but nothing's firm yet)

6. Be more responsible for my own stuff 

7. Spend more time with family 

Okay that should be all, might add in if any come across my mind.

A list of exciting events coming along 2017:

1. BKK trip happening on the 18th Jan 

2. HongKong trip with Ed's family happening in end of march 

3. Elder brother's wedding on 1 July. (1/7/17)

4. One of edwind's closest cousin wedding

5. In-planning stage big trip with KAQs
